For the cutting to size service we offer maximum precision, which we can guarantee with the use of the latest generation panel saws, which allow us to make the difference and ensure the quality of our work. The cutting takes place in panels and lists of the size desired by the customer. Thanks to our operators specialized in the use of CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) software, we use a nesting program to optimize the use of plates and costs, avoiding waste of material.

Cutting formats can be customized for each material.
Depending on the project to be created, it is possible to cut the raw elements into bars, panels, strips and lists. The customer can request cutting to size on all available slab formats. We also carry out work on subcontracted material. The maximum cutting dimensions reach up to 4.200 mm with a thickness of 100 mm. Depending on the material, to define the cutting possibilities, it is necessary to consider the initial size of the sheets.

Thickness calibration

To complete the professional and specialized offer, we are equipped for the thickness calibration and rectification service, guaranteeing a few hundredths of tolerance. This service is essential to obtain the desired flatness, rectifying the thickness to the required size, respecting the nominal tolerances required by the standard.
