Thermal insulation materials embrace different products that are employed in the thermo-electric industry, including special-epoxy-resin-based products like Misoglass1 and mineral-based ones like natural Mica, continuous Mica and Mica flakes. We also provide cement-based items to replace products containing asbestos, such as Misotherm, for mechanical applications up to 1000°C.
Available in rigid or flexible sheets, tubes and special shapes according to customer drawing depending on product.
MISOGLASS 1 is designed for applications requiring thermal insulation material with pressure, such as heat press machines reaching up to 220°C, electrical systems and for items exposed to heavy thermo-mechanical stresses.
Made of fiberglass MAT and special epoxy resin, MISOGLASS 1 sheets have excellent dielectric properties, good high-frequency behavior and low water absorption.

DELTHERM 1 is a glass-MAT mica-paper epoxy-resin laminate designed for high temperatures, being able to withstand temperatures of 240°C up to peaks of 280°C (for a short time). It has excellent mechanical properties.
It is used for several electromechanical applications: insulation of presses’ heating surfaces, machinery insulating items, glass manufacturing and rubber molding industries.
MISOTHERM 500 is a high-density asbestos-free incombustible sheet reinforced by inorganic fibers. It has good dimensional stability and thermal shock resistance.
It is designed for applications where traditional cement-based sheets are unable to withstand mechanical and thermal overstress up to 500°C.
MISOTHERM 350 is a calcium silicate-based panel used to produce thermal insulation components, with good temperature resistance up to 350°C and decent mechanical strength.
They are mica-based laminates employed in the electromechanical and thermo-mechanical industry. They have excellent heat resistance (up to 1000°C), low thermal conductivity, excellent electric insulation and good compressive strength; they are resistant to most chemicals, namely oils and greases, asbestos-free, eco-friendly and non-toxic.
UL 94-V0 self-extinguishing.
Muscovite: resistant to temperatures of 500°C up to peaks of 700°C (for a short time).
Phlogopite mica: resistant to temperatures of 800°C up to peaks of 1000°C (for a short time).
Mica flexible sheets and tubes available to order.
